Telephone Advice

You may call for medical advice. Your doctor will try to take your call but may be away or busy with patients. Please let reception know if your call is urgent.

Test Results

Please book an appointment to get your test results. Only in rare cases this can be done over the phone, at your doctors discretion

Medical Certificates

You must make an appointment to get a medical certificate. Medical certificates cannot be backdated.

Specialist Referrals

Specialist referrals must be done during a consultation with your doctor.

Privacy Policy

Our medical centre complies with all confidentiality and privacy obligations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy or ask reception.

We welcome your comments and suggestions. It is very useful to hear good outcome as well as anything which has caused you concern.
