Appointments

You can book appointments by phone,  or by coming into the surgery.

50% of our available appointment slots are allocated as pre-booked to accommodate non-urgent consultations.  The rest are open to fit in urgent problems.

If you need more time with the doctor please let the receptionist know when you make the appointment.

It is important that you cancel your appointment if you no longer need it.

Home Visits

Please reserve requests for home visits for cases that genuinely cannot attend the surgery.

Mixed Billing Practice

For our practice to continue to meet the costs of providing services that are safe and of a high quality standard it now operates as a mixed billing practice.

Regretfully this means our practice in no longer able to bulk bill all of our patients.

Exception for Bulk Billing services:
⊕ Aged Pensioners (65yrs and over)
⊕ Children (16yrs and under)
⊕ Follow-up appointments (re: Pathology/Radiology results)

Practice Fees

From the 1st July 2024 the following fees will apply to patients attending our practice.

Fee's / accounts are payable on the day of consultation. Our practice is able to accept payment via EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa and/or cash.

We also have a system where your rebate can be refunded into your eftpos card on the spot.
